SKRADD Indices

The SKRADD Indices aim to measure the performance of the semi-liquid alternative asset fund space by tracking the total return of the largest programs in each defined segment. We currently publish three non-traded investment fund indices: the SKRADD-IFC Index, the SKRADD-BDC Index, and the SKRADD-NTRE Index, which track the performance of credit-focused interval funds, non-traded BDCs, and non-traded equity REITs, respectively. The indices are updated quarterly, re-balanced annually, and value-weighted.
