The SKRADD Indices aim to measure the performance of the semi-liquid alternative asset fund space by tracking the total return of the largest programs in each defined segment.We currently publish five non-traded investment fund indices: the SKRADD-IFC Index, the SKRADD-BDC Index, the SKRADD-NTRE Index, the SKRADD-NTRM Index, and the SKRADD-PE Index, which track the performance of credit-focused interval funds, non-traded BDCs, non-traded equity REITs, non-traded mortgage REITs, and evergreen private equity funds, respectively. The indices are updated quarterly, rebalanced annually, and value-weighted.
